· Head complete projects business sales in all over the Karachi region. · Responsible for monthly target achievement from south region. · Build up a better customer relationship, understand their needs, and try to make them satisfied without compromising with the company profits.· Established relationships with key builders/architect of company like (Saima Builders, Bahira Town, Arif Habib Group, ASA, AAA and arch vision etc).· Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team motivation, counselling and product knowledge development. · Key role in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising, realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).· Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.· Coordinate the sales operations with all the other departments of the company.· Organize Sales Promotion activities.· Report to NSM & CEO of Company.

· Maintaining professional relationships with assigned customers / decision makers (Director Purchase, GM Purchase, GM Admin, GM Finance Company Owners and Purchase representatives) for order and payments.
· Manage Key Accounts in the region developing and maintaining business relationship and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiations sales price and discounts in consultation with GM Sales & Marketing.
· Visit Govt departments for selling the vehicles and add specification before tender publish in the Newspaper.
· Prepared complete Tender documents and participation tenders on behalf of company for new business in Govt Sector.
· Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedule, and discount rates on monthly basis.
· Prepared periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed customer base expansion.
· To achieve sales target by directing, coaching and controlling the activities of sales team to ensure maximum brand awareness.
· Maintaining accurate and updated records of competitor activities, like prices, sales and other issues and timely forwarded to Management.
· To sort out the issues of the clients regarding the supplied product & work factory to resolve the issues.
· Handle customer’s complaints in positive & effective manners
· Arrange and participate the meeting with customer for identifying and understating customer Specification.

· Maintained different client’s accounts (Hilal/Cadbury/ Kolson/ Peki/Asian/ Mehran/ Continental Biscuit, English Biscuit etc) and resolve all issues timely.
· Reconcile Customer Ledger and prepared customer aging reports.
· Prepared information about customer satisfaction and product functioning by working closely with the clients and timely submitted to management
· Prepared Sales Forecast and timely forwarded to managements
· Working with Finance department for customer payments / tax issues and timely update to management.
· Stock Monitoring and Order generation as per inventory maintenance SOPs.
· To assist management in the collection of all due accounts and grant no credit unless proper approval is received

· Design production forecast with the combination of end stock, unexecuted order and incoming.
· Prepared and format reports using data gathering techniques and established tracking standards like sales forecast production forecast, tentative plans, W/O plan, Actual v/s forecast and different budget working.
· Complete knowledge of ERP System, Sales Management, Production Management and Supplier Relation ship Management.
· Report to the Brand Manager Trade.
